Refund Policy
The total amount of the cost of the product will be refunded minus the transaction commission in the following cases.
- The Product is damaged on arrival. To which, the client will have to send a picture of the damaged product to contact@globalchemonline.com no later than 3 days after receival of the package.
2. The product is not that which you ordered. To which the client will have to send a picture of the received product to contact@globalchemonline.com no later than 3 days after receival of the package.
NOTE: In the (1) and (2) cases, the company will cover shipping cost for sending the package back.
