The total amount of the cost of the product will be refunded minus the transaction commission in the following cases.

  1. The Product is damaged on arrival. To which, the client will have to send a picture of the damaged product to contact@globalchemonline.com no later than 3 days after receival of the package.

2. The product is not that which you ordered. To which the client will have to send a picture of the received product to contact@globalchemonline.com no later than 3 days after receival of the package.

NOTE: In the (1) and (2) cases, the company will cover shipping cost for sending the package back.
